Sevier County Utility District is committed to providing natural gas services to the community. We understand this is a difficult time for many people, and therefore, we will be waiving March through June penalties. Customers will then have six months to pay delinquent balances. Beginning July 1st, customers will need to call customer service at 865-453-3272 to make payment arrangements.
In order to make the bill paying process as convenient as possible for our customers, S·C·U·D offers several payment options. Customers may pay bills by mail, online, over the phone, at our drive-thru kiosk, or in person by visiting our main office as well as several different area banks.

To make a single one-time credit card payment for your natural gas bill please click the button below. You will be able to make a single credit card payment each month if you choose.
To register your account, create a login and password, and begin paperless billing please click the button below. This will allow you to set up recurring monthly credit card draft payments and view account history.

We also offer the option of bank draft payments. This allows you to receive your statement each month alerting you to the amount of your bill and the date the draft will take place. Customers can sign up for S·C·U·D bank draft by calling our office at (865) 453-3272 to request a bank draft form or filling out a bank draft form below.

Another program S·C·U·D offers our customers is levelized billing. Designed for residential customers with at least 12 months of usage history, this program determines your bill based on an average of the previous year’s usage. Customers may sign up for levelized billing at any time throughout the year. To learn more, click the button below to fill out a form. You will then be contacted about the program.
