Need to disconnect your natural gas service?

As a security precaution, we require that all disconnection requests for natural gas service be submitted in writing, or customer specific security information is verified by CSR.

To disconnect your S·C·U·D service, please complete the following form. When it is printed and signed, you can fax, mail or email it to us.

If there is any deposit remaining on your account, it will be applied to the outstanding balance on your final bill.

If you are due any credit from your deposit after you disconnect a service, that credit will be forwarded to you.

Billing will remain in your name until our office receives the notice to terminate the services.
