Employee Center
S·C·U·D is proud to offer our state-of-the-art Employee Center for event rentals. Our new facility, completed in 2020, boasts a 16×20 ft. media wall; desks including electrical access and WIFI; a state of the art ultraviolet air purification system; and a fully equipped natural gas kitchen. The EC is 2400 square feet and accommodates up to 125 people and can be adapted for classroom training (rectangle tables) or banquet style (72″ round tables with seating up to 8).
Rental can include the following:
- Employee Center main room only
- Employee Center main room with media wall access
- Employee Center main room with kitchen
- Employee Center full access (media wall + kitchen)
Outdoor Pavilion
S·C·U·D is pleased to offer a fully-equipped pavilion, complete with kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as picnic table seating for approximately 90 people. There’s plenty of grassy area surrounding the pavilion, and it makes a wonderful site for family reunions, office gatherings, birthday parties, retirement celebrations or other special occasions.
