We are glad you decided to make Sevier County your home or place of business.  Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, this area is 2nd to none.  We are glad you have chosen S·C·U·D as your natural gas supplier.  We hope you find establishing new service or transferring existing service to be a pleasant experience.  Below are a couple of things you can do to begin the process to obtain Natural Gas service to your home or business.

Transfer Existing Service

If you have purchased a location with existing Natural Gas service and would like to establish the service in your name, please fill out the following form and press submit and a representative will call you within 2 working days with details.

New Gas Service Residential

If you would like a job estimate performed concerning the installation of natural gas service to your home, please take a moment to fill out the following form and press submit.  Upon receipt of this request a service person will be dispatched to your location.  He will review the job location and determine the cost for installation of your natural gas service.  Once this process is completed you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives.  This procedure will take approximately 3- 5 working days.

Disconnect Natural Gas Service

As a safety precaution on your account, we require that all requests for disconnect of natural gas service be submitted in writing.  Please fill in the information, print the attached form, sign and fax to us at 865-774-1649 or mail to S·C·U·D Attn: Customer Service Dept. P.O. Box 4398 Sevierville, TN 37864. Any Deposit held on the account will be applied to the final bill and any outstanding balance will be forwarded to you.
· Please note that billing will remain in your name until notice to terminate is recieved by the office.

Update My Account Information
