Payment Options


Sevier County Utility District offers several payment options for your convenience.  The options are as follows:
  • Main Office located at 420 Robert Henderson Road in Sevierville
  • By Mail: P.O. Box 4398 Sevierville, TN 37864
  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa or MasterCard by phone
  • Local Banks- Payments are accepted at the following local banks: Citizens National Bank, Mountain National Bank, Sevier County Bank, SmartBank, and Tennessee State Bank

  • Bank Draft- allows you to receive your statement each month showing the date and amount that will be drafted from your bank account.  You may sign up for Bank Draft in any of the following ways:
    • -Call the office and request a sign up form
    • -Fill out the reverse side of your monthly invoice and return with a voided check
    • -Fill out the Bank Draft form below
  • Download Bankdraft Adobe Form
  • Please mail all Bank Draft sign up forms to:

  • Levelized Billing- The levelized billing program uses an average of your current 12 month’s.  This program is designed for residential customers with at least 12 months of usage history.  The levelized billing program accepts new sign ups any time during the year.  Fill out the information below and we will notify you concerning the program.
