Below you will find 2 options:

1. Returning Online Bill Pay Customer: If you already have your login and password or a valid email address on file with S·C·U·D, please click the "PAY YOUR BILL NOW" button to proceed to the bill pay login and transaction screen.

2. New Online Bill Pay Customer:

If you do not have your login and password or S·C·U·D does not have a valid email address on file, please click the "RECEIVE YOUR LOGIN" button. You will then be directed to the Online Bill Pay Login Request Form. Once the form has been completed and processed by our office you will be contacted with your login information so you may begin conveniently using our online bill pay service. The entire process should be complete within 2 business days.
